Abstract Under-staffing of nurses is a significant problem in most countries. It expected to rise the coming years, making it challenging perform crucial tasks like assessing patient's condition, assisting surgeon medical procedures, catheterization and Blood Transfusion etc., Automation some essential would be viable idea overcome this shortage nurses. One such task intended automate role 'Scrub Nurse' by using robotic arm hand over surgical instruments. In project, we propose use Collaborative Robotic-arm as Scrub nurse that can controlled with voice commands. The was programmed reach specified position instruments placed on table equipped recognition module recognize requested instrument. When Surgeon says "Pick Instrument", picks up instrument from moves prior defined handover position. take saying command "Drop". Safe pathways for automatic movement will predefined manually. This concept developed considering convenience safety, tested collision, noisy environments, positioning failures accuracy grasping Limitations need considered future work are commands which well returning practical safe way.
